The [Nokia](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nokia-infinity-pro) Lumia PLAY is a conceptual smartphone designed as the end-all-be-all of [cellphone gaming](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/redmagic-10-pro). Antonio Celestino's phone is powered by Windows 8 and is meant to be used primarily for gaming. It has an 8-core processor, 3GB of RAM and an HD touchscreen.

What makes the Nokia Lumia PLAY unique is its two slide-out gamepads. The pads are secretly hidden in the top and bottom of the phone and consists of a directional pad and a button pad. These two pads are meant to take the action away from the touchscreen; the more intense and action-packed a game gets the harder it can be to control via touch. Additionally, the phone would also be able to act as an actual [Xbox](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/xbox-series-a) controller.

Although the Nokia Lumia PLAY is targeted at gamers, the phone would still appeal to non-nerds. It comes packed with Windows 8 and a 5MP front-facing camera that can record video in 720p and has a 10MP rear-facing camera that can record in full HD.
