He called this piece Beaubourg, and it has willowy arms that reach out from the base and work upwards. In order to contain such a massive installation, there is a steel base that is in the middle. On the outside, Polissky has weaved [birch twigs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-sculptures-1) together and that is what has created the natural looking effect. The sheer size of this piece is what is incredible. The time that would have to go into creating a gorgeous sculpture this size is astounding. Nikolay Polissky has managed to shock us all again, and has created a massive, and beautiful sculpture. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.0/10 - Popularity: 10% | Activity: 11% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Gigantic-sculpture-creations:** Exploring new heights by creating massive and intricate sculptures with unconventional materials. - **Eco-art-installations:** Using natural, eco-friendly materials to create awe-inspiring installations that are gentle on the environment. - **Hyper-realistic-art:** Emulating reality with larger than life art installations to provide a unique and eye-catching experience ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Visual-art-industry:** Creating large-scale sculptures that take advantage of the natural environment to create stunning works of art. - **Event-planning-industry:** Designing experiential installations for corporate and public events that are both eco-friendly and awe-inspiring. - **Sustainability-industry:** Integrating sustainable materials and techniques into art installations to promote environmental consciousness and responsible consumption. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Folk Creature Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fibredog.md) - [Resin Gravity Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-great-tree.md) - [Outdoor Floral Sculpture Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptures-at-kew-gardens.md) - [Interactive Kinetic Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-kinetic-sculptures.md) - [Science-Backed Wooden Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seed-stories.md) - [3D-Printed Ethereal Floating Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prairie-cord.md) - [Nature-Inspired Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humannature-1.md) - [Inflatable Vibrant Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-dancer.md) - [Gas Rig Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/striking-art-installation.md)
