It is an architectural rental that surrounds concepts of luxe comfort. NICO Sayulita is located in the town of Sayulita and with a quick glance at the front, it appears to be a dual-level structure. When guests cross a bridge that hovers over the main pool, they will see an unveiled tiered sunken site that is purposefully disappearing to the canopy. There are also a series of elevated suites along with an open-air communal space that are interconnected by staircases. The exterior is detailed with concrete gridded accents, which follow into the indoor areas as well for a cooling aesthetic that incites an ocean breeze.
