The carefully selected blonde colorway contributes to a bright, airy ambiance. This creates a sense of openness while complementing both contemporary and classic design elements throughout the interiors. The open-plan layout of the Newcastle residence is accentuated by large windows that flood the home with natural light. A striking kitchen island, paired with wooden breakfast stools, serves as a focal point in the kitchen. The herringbone pattern extends into the hallway while a glass-paneled wall enhances the connection between rooms and maximizes light distribution. The high ceilings and carefully curated furnishings contribute to the Newcastle residence's atmosphere of understated luxury.
