The popular organic meal service One Potato recently announced the launch of seven new smoothie kits inspired by Co-Founder Catherine McCord’s latest cookbook titled 'Smoothie Project: Antioxidant Rich.'

One Potato is best known for its [organic family meal kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plantbased-shake), which help make weeknight meals easier for parents. Now the brand wants to help parents tackle breakfast too with its new easy-to-prepare smoothie kits. The seven new smoothie recipes are drawn from the more than 100 featured in McCord’s cookbook.
