Of course, you can use this utterly charming tote to carry snacks for alfresco feasting, but its beautiful craftsmanship makes it an [elegant accessory](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bao-bao-issey-miyake-1) for various items inside the home as well. The rigid menu pannier is shallow and rectangular, molded with soft rounded corners and enhanced with a pivoting handle. NORM Architects designed the carrier to have a velvety felt interior so that it can gently cradle items like containers and other miscellaneous possessions. One half of the New Norm Multi-Basket can be filled with a [pair of dishes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/thermal-serving-dish) that have lovely bamboo lids for an air-tight seal. These can hold a range of edibles and their tops can act as plates or trays that are ideal for meal-time. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.2/10 - Popularity: 36% | Activity: 22% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Versatile Baskets:** The New Norm Multi-Basket showcases the trend of versatile baskets that can be used for various purposes. - **Craftsmanship Revival:** The beautiful craftsmanship of the New Norm Multi-Basket reflects the revival of appreciation for well-crafted products. - **Functional Containers:** The inclusion of bamboo lids in the New Norm Multi-Basket taps into the trend of functional containers that offer an air-tight seal. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** The New Norm Multi-Basket's elegant craftsmanship makes it an accessory that can enhance the home decor industry. - **Food Packaging:** The use of containers with bamboo lids in the New Norm Multi-Basket presents disruptive innovation opportunities in the food packaging industry. - **Eco-friendly Products:** The inclusion of bamboo lids in the New Norm Multi-Basket taps into the eco-friendly products industry that values sustainable materials. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Rotating Shopper Baskets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-concept.md) - [Timeless Wool Storage Baskets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wool-storage-basket.md) - [Delicate Basket Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculpture.md) - [Whimsical Storage Baskets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mini-mushroom-woven-basket.md) - [Stylish Oval Bannetons](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oval-banneton.md) - [Modular Bin Organizer Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/binganizer.md) - [Sophisticated Upcycled Home Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculptures.md) - [Sleek Compartmentalized Lunch Carriers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/venn-bento-box.md) - [Landscape-Inspired Bento Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hyobodo-fiume.md)
