The computer science student said he wanted to do something unique that used his talents. Within the game, the college student digitally recreated the site of their first date, Mount Baker, and many of their other favorite memories, including stargazing, dancing and the lyrics from her favorite song. When his shocked girlfriend saw her name on the screen, she turned to find him on one knee with a ring. What did she say? Yes, of course! And then she said, "You are such a huge nerd! I love this!" Just a bit of creative inspiration for all the romantic nerds out there hoping to woo their woman in a fun and fitting way. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 7% | Activity: 79% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/games) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Creative Marriage Proposals:** Opportunity for innovative and personalized ways to propose marriage. - **Geeky Engagement Ideas:** Niche market for marriage proposals that cater to geek culture and interests. - **Technology in Romance:** Integration of technology into romantic gestures and proposals. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Video Game:** Developing video games with customizable elements for marriage proposals. - **Event Planning:** Specialized services for creating and executing unique and personalized marriage proposals. - **Tech Accessories:** Opportunity for creating tech accessories specifically designed for marriage proposals and romantic gestures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Engagement Ring Claw Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/engagement-moment.md) - [Iconically Located Wedding Pop-Ups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/times-square-this-valentines.md) - [Hard Soda Nuptials](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hard-dew-i-do.md) - [Onion Ring Proposals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/onion-ring-proposal.md) - [Yacht Proposal Packages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sail-away-with-me.md) - [Nostalgic Gaming Timepieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retro-gaming-watch.md) - [Bizarre Dating Sim Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/date-everything.md) - [Pet-Inspired Proposal Initiatives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/engaged-couples.md) - [Video Game-Themed Chocolate Gifts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nintendo-and-godiva.md)
