The Negative Space art series shows that with a little bit of imagination, a person could perceive whether they want. Whether that is a metropolis skyline amidst a forest of trees or a flock of birds perched on a single feather, the possibilities are endless, especially when it involves illustrations and graphic design, which the Negative Space series makes use of.

Created by Tang Yau Hoong, a self-taught visual artist and graphic designer born and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Negative Space series cheerfully confuse full and empty areas to show that there doesn't have to a boundaries around reality. Elaborating that it is about the art of negative space, Hoong encourages people to indulge their childlike sensibilities and lose themselves in his whimsical imagery.
