The rocket kit comes with a one-foot-tall rocket that can be blasted up to 200-feet into the air thanks to an internal rechargeable electric motor. A single charge of the rocket will deliver up to 20 launches to make it great for multiple rounds instead of only offering a single launch. The National Geographic Power Rocket will take off at the press of a single button and has three different height settings for users to choose from. A series of helicopter-style rotor blades will help the rocket to return safely to the ground after launch. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.0/10 - Popularity: 77% | Activity: 59% | Freshness: 13% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/toys) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Rechargeable Toy Kits:** Opportunities to develop new rechargeable toy kits for children focused on STEM education principles. - **Electric-propelled Toy Rockets:** Opportunities for developing more powerful electric-propelled toy rocket kits for children. - **Stem-based Educational Toys:** Development of more STEM-based educational toys for children, incorporating the principles of aerodynamics and electric propulsion systems. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Toy Industry:** Development of new rechargeable toy kits for children focused on STEM education principles. - **Education Industry:** Development of educational toys focused on STEM principles, incorporating aerodynamics and electric propulsion. - **Energy Industry:** Opportunities for developing more efficient rechargeable batteries for use in child propelled toys such as the National Geographic Power Rocket. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Space-Inspired Toy Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/space-collections.md) - [Kids Innovative Stunt Planes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aerostorm-stunt-plane.md) - [Solar-Powered Rover Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solar-rover-kit.md) - [Air-Powered Racer Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airpower-turbo-racer.md) - [DIY Robotics Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/windbots.md) - [Kid-Friendly Telescopes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leapfrog-magic-adventures-telescope.md) - [Revolutionary Reusable Rockets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reusable-rockets.md) - [Gel-Equipped Toy Blasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pro-gelfire-mythic.md) - [STEM Microscope Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/microscope-explorer-series.md)
