The intricate cakes feature everything from [The Beatles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-beatles-x-crocs-classic-clog) to Led Zeppelin. They effectively capture the features and details of each cover on the small surface of the tiny treats. They also serve as great inspiration for DIY bakers, as the idea for these cakes should not be too difficult to emulate. Miss Insomnia Tulip has created some fantastic looking desserts in the past and has been featured on Trend Hunter multiple times. These music cake pops are slightly different from her usual style of morbid and gruesomely styled desserts, but she does custom orders so any cake or dessert can be created by this talented baker. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 31% | Activity: 21% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Music-inspired Desserts:** Opportunity for bakeries to create innovative desserts inspired by iconic album covers. - **DIY Baking:** Opportunity for businesses to provide DIY baking kits that allow customers to recreate music-themed desserts at home. - **Customized Cakes:** Opportunity for bakers to offer custom orders for personalized music-themed cakes and desserts. ### Where This Applies - **Bakery Industry:** Bakeries can tap into the trend of music-inspired desserts to attract customers with unique offerings. - **Confectionery Industry:** Confectionery businesses can explore the market for DIY baking kits focused on music-themed desserts. - **Event Planning Industry:** Event planners can collaborate with bakers to create customized music-themed cakes and desserts for special occasions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Design-Centric Dynamic Artful Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artful-cake.md) - [Balloon Dog Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balloon-dog-cake.md) - [Cake-Inspired Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cake-inspired-ice-cream.md) - [Cheeky Baking Apparel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/supermoist.md) - [All-Occasion Layered Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-cake.md) - [Music-Themed Cafe Pop-Ups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pop-up-cafe-in-paris.md) - [Playful Space-Themed Desserts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spacethemed-dessert.md) - [Colorful Doll-Topped Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barbie-cakes.md) - [Stunning Celebratory Custom Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/custom-cake.md)
