# Marvelous Multitasking Movables Mus by Moya Acts as a Shelf, a Cabinet, a Bench and a Table By Amelia Roblin | Published 2014-01-22 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mus-by-moya References: [designspotter](http://www.designspotter.com/product/2014/01/Mus.html) Why clutter your front foyer or your family room with [multiple pieces of furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chameleon-furniture) when the Mus by Moya can function as several of these combined? This asymmetric assembly of wooden panels and V-shaped legs satisfies a broad range of domestic needs. The [storage system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tumba) consists of a low and long tabletop on which you can arrange all sorts of items. To the right side, a [bookcase unit](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/original-modern-shelving) is placed on top to offer three contained levels of shelves plus its upper surface. On the left of Mus by Moya is a bright orange box that enables you to stash objects out of sight. Customizing these elements slightly can even produce a convenient seat. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 45% | Activity: 23% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Asymmetric Multifunctional Furniture:** Create innovative furniture designs that combine multiple functionalities in a visually appealing and space-saving manner. - **Customizable Storage Systems:** Develop storage solutions that can be easily customized and adapted to meet individual needs and preferences. - **Brightly Colored Accent Pieces:** Design furniture accessories in vibrant colors to add a pop of personality and style to any room. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Explore opportunities to revolutionize the furniture industry by creating versatile and customizable pieces that cater to modern living spaces. - **Home Organization and Storage:** Provide innovative solutions for organizing and decluttering homes by offering multifunctional storage systems that maximize space utilization. - **Home Decor and Accessories:** Tap into the market for unique and eye-catching furniture accessories by incorporating bright and bold colors into designs for accent pieces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Simple Multifunctional Furniture Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chairpf.md) - [Modular Flatpack Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/opoo-multifunctional-furniture.md) - [Modular Configured Office Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cabinet.md) - [Customizable Storage Furniture Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shelved-modular-furniture.md) - [Modular Table Seatings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-table-and-chair.md) - [Modular Configuration Shelving Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/repisa-01.md) - [Multifunctional Layered Furniture Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/n15-layered-furniture.md) - [Twin-Piece Modular Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/agni-modular.md) - [Dual-Function Seating Shelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rubik-stool.md)
