The structure is intended to function as a centralized venue for cultural, educational, and commercial events. [Alva Roy Architects'](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ellison-studios) plan incorporates large, flexible spaces such as double-height halls that can be adapted for various functions, including conferences, art exhibitions, and musical performances. The building's exterior utilizes a combination of concrete and extensive glass to project a sense of civic importance while maintaining visual transparency. Specialized areas within the multi-purpose facility include a library and an exhibition hall dedicated to the arts. Alva Roy Architects' overall design philosophy for the Nexus House emphasizes the creation of a versatile and technologically equipped environment that can serve a diverse range of community and professional needs. Thus, this synergy of different functions under one roof creates a dynamic ecosystem where business, art, and education can cross-pollinate.
