The Vilno FootRester™ answers this need and alleviates the body taxation from sedentary work routines. Designed by Danylo and Nazar Ozhho, the multi-functional footrest offers three functionalities simultaneously. For one, it delivers [posture improvement](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dynamic-spinecare) by helping reduce pressure on the lower body and promoting a more natural spine, hips, and leg alignment. Secondly, the product elevates the feet and in doing so, alleviates pressure and strain on foot muscles and tendons. The Vilno FootRester™ also activates muscles as the foot pillow's [rocking motion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/platero) encourages small movements and reduces stress through the [massage rollers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emsense-triple-therapy-foot-massager) on the underside which stimulate the feet through acupressure, potentially boosting circulation, as well.
