The multifunctional attic apartment is only 161 square feet but features a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, a work area, a dining area and ample storage space. Some of these features were added by the design studio taking advantage of the high ceilings and using those to create storage. Other features make the apartment customizable -- the bed can function as a sofa, or it can completely retract to fit space for chairs underneath the breakfast bar.
