Every [Pixar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bricktoons) film is summarized in one picture, often making use of colorful language and limited artistic skill. Despite the questionable quality of this series, the artist captures the essence of each film while also shedding a humorous light on each. Bellassai interprets classics like the [Toy Story series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toy-story-30th-anniversary), Up and Finding Nemo in his movie paintings. He also includes newer films such as Brave and Monsters University. Others include Cars and its sequel Cars 2, A Bug's Life, the Incredibles, Ratatouille, Wall-E and Monster's Inc. For young adults who watched the bulk of these films in their childhood, these graphic summaries are a must see. Given the curse word captions, they are not appropriate for younger viewers. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.6/10 - Popularity: 19% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Hilarious Movie Summaries:** The trend of summarizing movies in a humorous and entertaining way using unconventional mediums such as Microsoft Paint. - **Genre-specific Artistic Summary:** The trend of summarizing movies by creating genre-specific artwork that captures the essence of the film. - **Humorous Pop Culture Art:** The trend of creating humorous and relatable pop culture art using unconventional mediums such as Microsoft Paint. ### Where This Applies - **Entertainment:** The entertainment industry can leverage these trend to create easy-to-understand movie summaries that appeal to young audiences. - **Art:** The art industry can embrace these trends to create genre-specific artwork that captures the essence of popular movies, attracting pop culture enthusiasts. - **Technology:** The technology industry can create innovative tools and mediums that allow artists to create relatable, humorous, and entertaining artwork, such as Microsoft Paint. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Reimagined Film Brick-Form Shows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bricktoons.md) - [AI-Generated Christmas Posters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christmas-posters.md) - [Video Game-Themed Pixel Paintings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pixel-art-collection.md) - [Animation-Inspired Themed Hotels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pixar-place-hotel.md) - [Animation-Inspired Collaborative Streetwear](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pixar-collection.md) - [Movie-Themed Art NFTs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cheeky-kyser.md) - [Art-Inspired Collectibles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-mattel-x-moma.md) - [Apocalypse Post Pandemic Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/contemporary-urban-art.md) - [Surreal Imaginative Fantastical Films](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/problemista.md)
