Kodasema is an Estonia design studio that's responsible for the creation of the [KODA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/koda-hair-salon) -- a minimalist and modern [movable home that's made from concrete](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/khome).

The house utilizes factory components that allow it to be "assembled on-site without the need for foundations." With this, the movable homes can be put up and taken down within a time frame of just seven hours. Kodasema described the project by saying "In our minds KODA can become whatever you want – a city-center home, a lakeside summer house, a cozy café, an office, workshop or studio or even a classroom."

Though the movable house is small, the studio incorporates everything necessary for comfortable living, including a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and a sleeping space. Space is maximized with a large window that fuses indoor and outdoor spaces as well and the company encourages adjustments so that each person's needs are met.
