Referred to as 'Novoe Tushino,' the 71-square-meter space exudes poise through contemporary furniture arrangements and a dark, sophisticated palette of colors. The Moscow apartment is owned by a "single man working in the tech world." Geometrium received a very straightforward brief that gave them opportunities for creative expression but forbids them from making rooms square and installing furniture with sharp corners. Naturally, it also called for a distinct separation between public and private spaces within the Moscow apartment. Geometrium, thus, produces a sleek aesthetic for Novoe Tushino that is smooth and elegant, with [minimalist and sculptural furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-cocoon) that is complemented by a palette of black, white and wood. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.0/10 - Popularity: 97% | Activity: 46% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Luxurious Elegance in Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to create sleek and elegant spaces using minimalist furniture and a sophisticated color palette. - **Distinct Separation of Public and Private Spaces:** Innovative solutions for creating clear boundaries between public and private areas within residential spaces. - **Tech-inspired Interior Design:** Designing living spaces with a focus on modern technology and the needs of tech professionals. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior design firms to offer luxurious and sleek design solutions to clients. - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Potential market for minimalist and sculptural furniture that complements a dark and sophisticated color palette. - **Real Estate:** Targeting tech professionals by offering properties with distinct separation between public and private spaces and tech-inspired interior design elements. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Slick Modern Apartment Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-apartment-interior.md) - [Texture-Varying Apartment Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flat-6.md) - [Modern Minimalism Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oldnew.md) - [Refined Urban Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/primrose-apartment.md) - [Futuristic Vibrant London Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/2lg-studio-1.md) - [Contemporary Renovated Spacious Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eo7.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Tonal Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oksana-dolgopiatova.md) - [Compact Living Bright Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apartment-ann.md) - [Bathroom-Centric Dubai Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bone-studio.md)
