# Industrial Office Designs Steel House by Morris Adjmi Architects Rethinks RiNo Warehouse Typology By Amy Duong | Published 2026-05-03 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morris-adjmi-architects References: [ma](https://ma.com/) The [Steel House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stone-and-steel-house) by [Morris Adjmi Architects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/steel-house-1) is a seven-storey office building located in Denver’s River North Arts District, designed to reflect the area’s industrial past while introducing contemporary workplace environments. The Steel House by Morris Adjmi Architects uses a steel-framed structure with C-channel metal cladding in charcoal and silver tones, creating a rhythmic façade that references nearby warehouses and rail infrastructure. A sculptural tower marks the building’s entrance, drawing on the form of historic grain silos and industrial lift structures. The interior includes flexible office floors organized around natural light and access to outdoor space, supported by large factory-style windows and private terraces. A 13,000-square-foot elevated terrace functions as a central amenity, alongside wellness-focused features such as a sports court, climbing wall, and yoga studio. Materials including steel, concrete, wood, and stone are used throughout.
