For generations people have used their hands to express themselves--including using hands as puppets. Some people just use their hand, some people use their hands to make a [shadow puppet](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wednesday-thing), while other people put a sock puppet over the hand. Héctor Serrano’s [temporary tattoo puppets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barriere) come in eight patterns which can be applied to the hand using water. They’re a fun way to entertain infants and babies, and the immature at heart. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.1/10 - Popularity: 71% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Temporary Tattoo Puppets:** Innovative temporary tattoo designs that enhance self-expression and provide new forms of entertainment opportunities. - **Water-based Temporary Tattoos:** A new form of body art that is easy and safe to apply, providing a unique way for individuals to express themselves creatively. - **Child-friendly Temporary Tattoos:** A fun and safe way for children to enhance their imaginative play and creativity with a range of puppet tattoo designs. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Tattoo Industry:** New designs and applications of temporary tattoos can provide tattoo businesses with additional revenue streams and cater to a wider audience, including children. - **Toy Industry:** Innovative temporary tattoo puppet designs can serve as an inspiration for new toy products and provide a new form of interactive entertainment for children. - **Arts and Crafts Industry:** Temporary tattoo puppet designs can serve as an inspiration for new arts and crafts projects, providing a fun and creative activity for individuals and children alike. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Temporary Oral Tattoos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/temporary-oral-tattoos.md) - [Glow-in-the-Dark Temporary Tattoos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-glowing-garden-tattoo-sheet.md) - [QSR Temporary Tattoo Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chipotle-temporary-tattoo-collection.md) - [Hand-Knit Finger Puppets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/finger-puppet-mushrooms.md) - [Supermarket Temporary Tattoos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/specialbuy-temporary-tattoos.md) - [Tattooed Digital Collectibles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superlotl-by-inkbox.md) - [Dainty Minimalist Temporary Tattoos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/winterstone.md) - [Prom-Themed Temporary Tattoos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/temporary-tattoo-prom.md) - [Condiment Tattoo Bottles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heinz-tattoo-bottle.md)
