The Monitor2Go is a new gadget from Mobile Monitor Technologies (MMT) that expands the display of your smartphone quickly and easily. This HD monitor measures 15.6 inches and can [mirror the display](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/uperfect-omega) of just about any smartphone or tablet out there.

The Monitor2Go works great as a [smartphone display](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/selfix-case), but it also pulls double duty as it can lock an [iPad 2](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/final-cut-camera-app) case. MMT's device does not come with built-in speakers; audio has to come from either headphones or speakers plugged in. The device has a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, weighs less than three pounds and is one inch thick. The display also rotates a full 180 degrees should someone want to get in on what you're watching. MMT's Monitor2Go was shown at CES 2012 this past week.
