Instead of being surrounded by tech-ridden, emotion-inducing possessions, something as simple as a [light fixture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tap-tap-table-lamp) that can be shifted into a number of different positions at whim can satisfy the need to connect with one's environment. Brought to you by Apagaluz, a lighting design company, the Momento Lamp takes on a [prismatic shape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-drape-light) that provides various flat surfaces on which it can rest. Although a static object on paper, its [dynamic design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/horizon-table-light) gives it movement, making it a subtly enigmatic creation. The Momento Lamp's clean and contemporary aesthetic makes it perfect for just about any living space. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.5/10 - Popularity: 73% | Activity: 85% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Interactive Lighting:** Lighting fixtures that can be constantly repositioned to satisfy the need to connect with one's environment. - **Dynamic Design:** Creating static objects that appear dynamic through their design, providing a subtly enigmatic creation. - **Contemporary Aesthetic:** Promoting a clean and contemporary aesthetic to appeal to just about any living space. ### Who This Affects Most - **Lighting Design:** For the lighting design industry, there are opportunities for creating interactive and dynamic designs that satisfy consumer cravings for connection with their environment. - **Home Decor:** Opportunities exist within home decor industry to develop products with adaptable designs that allow consumers to customize their living space. - **Consumer Technology:** There are disruptive innovation opportunities within the consumer technology industry for developing interfaces that blend technology and design to create interactive and dynamic products that customers crave. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Interactive Lamp Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tangent-lamp.md) - [Adjustable Sculptural Desk Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ovo-lamp.md) - [Artistic Magnetic Lamp Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scacco-matto-lamp.md) - [Illusory Multidimensional Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drop-light.md) - [Emotional Light Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/miror-collection.md) - [Poetic Rippling Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yurameki.md) - [Malleable Connected Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pofu-lamp.md) - [Touch-Enhanced Glass Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bolita.md) - [Foldable Wooden Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-folding-lamp.md)
