This month, Torchy’s Tacos announced that it is adding plant-based Beyond [Beef taco](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beyond-beef-meals) to its permanent menu. For those unfamiliar, Beyond Beef is made from plant-based ingredients such as peas and brown rice, and contains no GMOs, cholesterol, soy or gluten. This vegan-friendly "beef" is the star of the new MoFaux Taco, which consists of Cowboy-style Beyond Beef topped with a flavorful combination of green chilis, grilled corn, peppadew peppers, avocado, cilantro, and Diablo Sauce, all served on a fresh-made corn tortilla.
