This dangling fixture comes from design company Krools, that specializes in creating beautiful lamps and fixtures from recycled materials. These eco-friendly lights are available in individual lamp form, or in a modern chandelier style. Viewers can see that the shape of these [pendant light fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-glow-light) was taken from the Matryoshka doll, but they also resemble dangling pears, which is visually stunning. Some of these lights have been painted black, while others have an [oaky wooden appearance](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-bean). The table lamp Babula design has been partially painted white, and lights up near the top in a small circular shape. This fixture really does look like a repurposed Russian doll. These eye-catching minimalist designs are perfect for home owners who appreciate charming modern lights and fixtures. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 82% | Activity: 66% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Eco-friendly Lighting:** Developing sustainable lighting solutions using recycled materials and energy-efficient technology. - **Inspired Design:** Incorporating cultural icons and artistic elements into modern light fixtures for visually stunning results. - **Minimalist Home Lighting:** Creating simple and sleek light designs that appeal to homeowners seeking modern and elegant fixtures. ### Where This Applies - **Lighting Design:** Opportunity for lighting designers to explore innovative ways of incorporating recycled materials and cultural inspirations into their creations. - **Sustainability:** Potential for eco-conscious companies to develop and market eco-friendly lighting solutions that address the growing demand for sustainable products. - **Interior Decor:** Scope for interior designers to incorporate minimalist modern light fixtures into their projects, catering to homeowners who value simplicity and aesthetics. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Recycled Material Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zbozhzha-pendant-light.md) - [Bubble-Inspired Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bubbles-lighting-design.md) - [Multifaceted Glass Crystal Fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crystal-light-fixtures.md) - [Fishnet-Made Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/philips-mycreation-droplet-lamp.md) - [Encapsulated Semi-Transparent Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nested-pendant-light.md) - [Bulbous Whimsical Lighting Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neotenic.md) - [Organic Cloud-Like Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/khmara.md) - [Ecological Dual Lampshade Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-light.md) - [Plant-Inspired Dynamic Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossom-chandelier.md)
