The products feature a [sleek design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertuo-up-machine) with a silver, black and blue color scheme that is offered in addition to a transparent and bronze version. At the top of the device are a series of buttons that allow different strengths and sizes of coffee to be selected, as well as an option for hot or cold brews. As its creator explains, "It doesn't use levels or physicals buttons, instead it strives to make the experience of making a coffee modern and easier by using a [touch screen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grind-x-sage-barista-touch-impress-coffee-machine) and a friendly user visual interface." With this, the modern coffee maker has accessibility at the forefront of its aesthetically pleasing design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.3/10 - Popularity: 44% | Activity: 48% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Kitchen](https://www.trendhunter.com/kitchen) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Touchscreen Coffee Makers:** With the rising demand for seamless coffee-making experiences and user-friendly appliances, coffee makers with touchscreen interfaces present an opportunity for disruptive innovation. - **Sleek Home Appliances:** Home appliances with futuristic designs that integrate aesthetics and functionality have the potential to be the next big thing in the home goods industry. - **Smart Kitchen Gadgets:** The development of innovative kitchen gadgets, such as smart coffee makers, that incorporate advanced technology and automation can change the way people approach home cooking and meal preparation. ### Where This Applies - **Home Appliances:** The home appliance industry can leverage innovative designs and advanced technology to produce appliances that are stylish and intuitive to use. - **Kitchen Gadgets:** Manufacturers of kitchen gadgets and appliances can incorporate smart technology and user-friendly interfaces to create products that cater to modern homeowners' needs. - **Coffee Tools and Accessories:** The introduction of touchscreen interfaces and automation technology in coffee makers and related accessories can revolutionize the way coffee enthusiasts prepare and enjoy their cup of joe. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Automated Barista Coffee Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/siemens-eq900-beanident-system.md) - [Automated Touchscreen Coffee Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/philips-3200-automatic-espresso-machine.md) - [Simplistic Interface Espresso Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/javapresso-espresso-machine.md) - [Minimalist One-Button Coffee Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/muuto-coffee-maker.md) - [Pod-Based Modern Coffee Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-bruvi.md) - [Collaboration Coffee Capsule Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drip-pod-youbi.md) - [Character Coffee Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-moky.md) - [Total Customization Coffee Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/automatic-coffee-espresso-machine.md) - [Intuitive Cafe-Inspired Coffee Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-specialty-coffee-maker.md)
