With the past left behind them, there's now no trace of the decades that have gone by with this fresh and invigorating new design. Part of the requests for the new bathroom space included a need for connections to the adjacent dressing room and as usual, making the most of the [small space](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marcela-cure). This was an obstacle that required particular attention, especially since the [bathroom is windowless](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portland-house-renovation) and artificial light can be quite harsh. In spite of this, the space is bright and white, with plenty of lights that come from the ceiling, [above the mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/innovative-bathroom-mirror) and below the vanity. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Integrated Lighting:** Opportunity for innovative design solutions that integrate lighting into different spaces, such as bathrooms. - **Small Space Optimization:** Opportunity to create clever designs that make the most of small bathroom spaces. - **Bright and White Aesthetics:** Opportunity to design bathrooms with bright and white aesthetics to create an invigorating and fresh atmosphere. ### Where This Applies - **Interior Design:** Interior design industry can explore ways to integrate lighting innovatively into bathroom designs. - **Home Renovation:** Home renovation industry can tap into the demand for clever designs that optimize small bathroom spaces. - **Lighting Solutions:** Lighting solutions industry can cater to the need for bright and white aesthetics in bathroom designs. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Bright Family Renovation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cobble-hill-townhouse.md) - [Bright Urban Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-64.md) - [Modernized Classic Bathroom Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poli-series.md) - [Light-Filled Public Restrooms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vivid-toilet-interior.md) - [Soft Bathroom Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pastello-collection.md) - [Forest Walk-Inspired Bathroom Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antao.md) - [Bathroom-Centric Dubai Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bone-studio.md) - [Ultra-Slick Modern Apartment Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-apartment-interior.md) - [Illuminated Base Bathroom Sinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antoniolupi-albumelux.md)
