Designed by Emilio Eftychis, this ultra-sleek house is one of the most gorgeous [modern barns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fienile-n) in South Africa.

This gorgeous 400 sqm barn is located on a [farm in Irene](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/farmworkers-house), Pretoria, and has architectural elements of a dream villa.

The interior of the house has a pool that can be opened-up and disguised depending on the occasion. The main floor of the house is open-spaced to a point that one can see right through the house. The exterior is also very interesting for the fact that the house looks completely different from every angle.

"Eco-sustainable in its design, the house employs [solar panels for water heating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/florian-busch-architects), rainwater collection for drinking and grey water for irrigation," explains the designer on his site of some of the features of the house.
