The Mobiltels concept by designer Michael Jantzen reimagines luxury hospitality with foldable accommodation units that transport by trailer and deploy on-site. Designed to minimize permanent impact on natural landscapes, each guest unit expands into two hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms, individual outdoor decks, and a shared rooftop deck shaded by solar panels. The units generate their own electricity and use dedicated [solar panels to heat water](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/e55000), allowing them to operate independently of utility infrastructure.

The concept also includes a fold-out café with kitchen facilities, restrooms, and multiple outdoor dining decks, alongside a [collapsible gathering pavilion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folding-landscape) for communal events. Each structure folds into a compact trailer for transport, enabling an entire resort to be assembled, relocated, and removed with minimal disruption to its surroundings. The design proposes a flexible hospitality model that can adapt to changing landscapes while reducing the need for permanent construction.
