The attachment consists of a discreet, circular connector that's only 3 millimeters thick and 25 millimeters wide. It can be secured onto any device or case thanks to its commercial-grade adhesive. Once the circular attachment is in place, you can secure different kinds of Snap! accessories to it with a simple twist. For example, you can stick the circular attachment to your cellphone, and use that attachment to hold cards or cash. Snap! currently offers only two accessories -- an earbud case and a money clip. However, the company is looking to eventually build up a whole family of compatible accessories including a desk mount, car mount and bicycle mount. The makers of the Snap! mobile accessory are running an Indiegogo campaign to raise funds for the venture. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.2/10 - Popularity: 6% | Activity: 21% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Mobile Attachment Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop a range of innovative accessories that can be easily attached to mobile devices, such as card holders, chargers, or phone stands. - **Commercial-grade Adhesive Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Invent a new type of adhesive that offers secure attachment for various accessories on different surfaces, enabling versatile usage. - **Accessory Integration and Compatibility:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create a platform that allows for seamless integration and compatibility among various mobile accessories, offering users a unified and hassle-free experience. ### Where This Applies - **Mobile Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design and manufacture a wide range of versatile mobile accessories to enhance functionality and convenience for smartphone users. - **Adhesive Manufacturing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop advanced adhesive technologies that can be utilized in various industries, including mobile accessories, household products, and medical applications. - **Crowdfunding Platforms:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create a specialized crowdfunding platform that focuses on innovative mobile accessories, helping inventors and entrepreneurs to raise funds and bring their ideas to market. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Magnetic Snap-On Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/snapgrip.md) - [Notebook-Equipped Smartphone Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moft-snap-flow.md) - [Snap-On Phone Attachments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lip-balm-holder.md) - [All-in-One Smartphone Grips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/magcardgrip.md) - [Origami-Style Smartphone Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moft-snap-phone-tripod-stand.md) - [Content Creation Smartphone Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mobile-creator-gear.md) - [Magnetic Multi-Functional Straps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multifunctional-strap.md) - [Magnetic Smartphone Photography Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shiftcam-snapgrip.md) - [Suction Cup Smartphone Grips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/popsockets-suckup-grip-and-mount.md)
