The actual portion that holds the flowers is an already and interesting piece with its [egg shape and sleek finish](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/navazi); however, once you see the tail following closely behind it, the complete image is revealed. Made from grade-A porcelain with a hi-gloss finish, the Mobi Vase might outshine your [beautiful flowers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grid-vase). The whale seems to be emerging out of the surface, and the flowers appear to be blasting from its blow hole. The Mobi Vase comes in either black or white, depending on the type of whale with which you want to fill your home. The body of the Mobi Vase stores water, so flowers will remain fresh in its spout. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 25% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Quirky Flowerpots:** The Mobi Vase is a quirky flowerpot that transforms any surface into a body of water, creating a unique and playful aesthetic. - **Sleek Porcelain:** The Mobi Vase's grade-A porcelain material with a hi-gloss finish presents an opportunity for luxury home decor and high-end gift markets. - **Visual Illusion:** The Mobi Vase's design, with the whale emerging from the surface and flowers appearing to blast from its blow hole, offers an innovative approach to visual illusions in home decor. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** The Mobi Vase presents an opportunity for designers and retailers in the home decor industry to offer unique and eye-catching flowerpot options for consumers. - **Luxury Gifts:** With its sleek porcelain finish, the Mobi Vase can cater to the luxury gift market, providing a distinctive and high-end option for gift-giving occasions. - **Art and Design:** The Mobi Vase's visual illusion design element opens up possibilities for artists and designers to explore innovative and thought-provoking concepts in their work. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Minimalist Illusory Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vaso-gota-vase.md) - [Floating Stem Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lotus-effect-vase.md) - [Speaker-Equipped Flower Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blooming-product.md) - [Mouth-Blown Glass Hydro Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hydro-glass-vase.md) - [Jewelry-Holding Flower Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mirror-vase-stand.md) - [Playful Packaging-Inspired Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/strawberry-milk-vase.md) - [Nature-Inspired Colorful Glass Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anemona.md) - [Delicate Colorful Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/delicate-colorful-vase.md) - [Eco Abstract Vase Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leather-vase.md)
