Milan Design Week welcomed various works from all over the world and amongst them was the Mission Alderbaran installation by Marc-Antoine Barrois. It was filled with various elements which allowed visitors to explore and indulge in the art. Perfumer and designer come forth to curate a unique experience that spotlights [furniture and fragrance](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stories-of-a-miss) -- notably, this was Marc-Antoine Barrois's Milan Design Week debut.

Barrois noted, “I love design and architecture when it means something, it is art to live with. Knowing that I was also presenting [pieces of furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mise-en-abymes), Milan Design Week seemed to me to be ideal. This is one of the best moments to celebrate design and find space to [set up an installation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/banquet-echoes) with a very interesting audience. Every element created for this event has been carefully conceived to capture and convey the profound emotions Marc-Antoine and I experienced with this perfume. Each part tells its own story, imbued with meaning.”
