These room decorations are actually [mini mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hooptical), however they wouldn't be useful if you wanted to check yourself out in the mirror. Their reflective qualities would work in a well-lit place to make the room even brighter. What's great about these decals is that they're stick-on and can be removed and re-stuck to change their positioning. Because of their adhesive quality, you can let your creativity run free. By placing the nine in any pattern, you can make your wall look like it's filled with [floating feathers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flutterbox) for a sweet and romantic feel. Use this to hold up pictures or reminders as they serve a practical purpose as well. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.0/10 - Popularity: 17% | Activity: 4% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Mirrored Quill Wall Decals:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore new ways to incorporate reflective elements and versatile removable designs in home decor. - **Stick-on Room Decorations:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop innovative adhesive materials and application techniques for customizable and repositionable wall decorations. - **Floating Feather Aesthetics:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create unique visual effects in interior design by incorporating floating feather patterns or motifs on walls and other surfaces. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introduce new products and design concepts that enhance the aesthetic appeal and versatility of room decorations for consumers. - **Adhesive Materials:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop advanced adhesive technologies that combine strong adhesion with easily removable properties for various applications. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Innovate visual patterns and textures in interior design to evoke specific moods or themes, such as the sweet and romantic feel of floating feathers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Colorful Retro Pixel Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paint-mirror.md) - [Celestial Mirror Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/suzanne-oddy.md) - [Removable Stained Glass Films](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stained-window-decals.md) - [Geometrical Golden Ratio Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ascension-wall-mirror.md) - [Renter-Friendly Wallpaper Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/renter-friendly-wallpaper.md) - [Artful Hanging Contemporary Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ready-to-hang.md) - [Affordable Decorative Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/home-interior-accents.md) - [Removable Tile Decals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chasing-paper.md) - [Jewelry-Holding Flower Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mirror-vase-stand.md)
