Design brand [Nendo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-and-daniel-arsham) was responsible for the creation of this display, which spans the entire first floor of the school. The goal of the project was to transform the space into an exciting new environment, which would leave the students both inspired and awe-struck. Each piece of steel was cut specifically into a piece of metal "ivy" to produce what the artist responsible for the design calls "a stone garden." The display is set to reflect the flower school it is situated in and succeeds as the design resembles a serene garden space. This mirror installation is an example of a minimalist approach to an elaborate design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 60% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Minimalist Mirror Installations:** Opportunity for businesses to create visually stunning and transformative spaces using minimalist mirror installations. - **Polished Steel Art:** Disruptive innovation potential for artists and designers to explore new ways of utilizing polished steel in large-scale installations. - **Interactive Environment Design:** Chance for designers and architects to create immersive and awe-inspiring spaces through the use of interactive mirror installations. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Art and Design:** Artists and designers can tap into the potential of polished steel mirror installations to create captivating and luxurious artworks. - **Architecture and Interior Design:** Architects and interior designers can incorporate interactive mirror installations to elevate the design of spaces, creating unique and memorable experiences. - **Event Planning and Exhibition:** Opportunity for event planners and exhibition organizers to incorporate minimalist mirror installations as a focal point to enhance the visual impact and ambiance of the event space. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Mirrored Hall Visual Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/internamente.md) - [Dynamic Structural Mirror Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bton-brut.md) - [One-of-a-Kind Ceramic Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceramic-mirror.md) - [Reflective Indoor Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/space-caviar.md) - [Mirrored-Detailed Garden Cafes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nana-coffee-roasters.md) - [Mirrored Panel Tropical Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frame-garden.md) - [Reflective Material Exhibits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mirroring-dialogue.md) - [Reflective Public Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flowers-and-butterflies-are-dancing.md) - [Origami-Inspired Steel Art Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reflector-sculpture.md)
