He injects a strong sense of humor into the pieces by setting figures among household items, and in one instance, using his face as scenery. It really is amazing how different [normal household objects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-5-collection) look in this setting, and never mind how a man's stubble takes on a totally different form! **Implications** - Vincent Bousserez's dioramas showcase lives living in a large world. His scenes depict men and women doing [daily life tasks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/routines-collection), such as washing windows (or sunglasses in this case), mopping as well as painting a wall. The series is clever in execution and a must-see. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 39% | Activity: 29% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Humorous Miniature Dioramas:** Vincent Bousserez injects humor into his miniaturized household scenes, creating a unique take on daily life. - **Small-scale World Exploration:** Bousserez's dioramas showcase the lives of miniature figures, sparking interest in exploring and understanding different perspectives. - **Creative Use of Familiar Objects:** Bousserez's dioramas demonstrate how normal household items can be repurposed and reimagined to create art with a touch of humor. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Art and Design:** The art and design industry can incorporate the use of miniature dioramas to inspire creativity and explore unconventional perspectives. - **Photography:** Photographers can explore the concept of miniaturization and humor in their work, creating captivating and unique visual stories. - **Home Goods and Decor:** Companies in the home goods and decor industry can leverage the idea of incorporating humor and creativity into everyday household items, offering consumers a unique and entertaining experience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Cardboard-Inspired Ceramic Household Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cardboard-collection.md) - [Digital Archetype Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christian-rex-van-minnen-1.md) - [Miniature Artful Hip-Hop Landmarks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/danny-cortes.md) - [Surrealist Pop-Up Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/surrealist-popup.md) - [Life Mess-Honoring Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/imperfect-home.md) - [Industrial Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sized.md) - [Paper-Made Mosaic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/real-life-architecture-exhibition.md) - [Love-Inspired Miniature Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-in-a-bottle.md) - [Upcycled Object Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-and-daniel-arsham.md)
