This project by [Ministry of Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-standard-singapore) was composed of three parts. The first is the [portrait located in the reception area](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/el-muro) of Leo Burnett holding a pencil. The second part is an informal relaxation area, containing a wheelbarrow full of trophies and chartreuse meeting rooms in a long black corridor. Finally, the third part is an [open plan configuration with plywood desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mislad). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 58% | Activity: 24% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Giant Wall Portraits:** Opportunity for businesses to incorporate large-scale personalized artwork in office spaces for brand identity and visual impact. - **Office Design Innovation:** Growing demand for unique and visually engaging office designs that reflect company culture and values. - **Creative Workspace Personalization:** Increased focus on creating personalized and inspiring workspaces for improved employee well-being and productivity. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Office Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior design companies to offer customized wall art and innovative office layout solutions. - **Art and Design Services:** Growing market for artists and designers to create large-scale wall portraits and unique office artwork. - **Furniture and Furnishing:** Increasing demand for adaptable furniture and furnishings to create flexible and personalized office environments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Art Gallery-Inspired Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maniera.md) - [Contemporary Office Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rock-capital-warsaw-office.md) - [Cozy Professional Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/giant-ventures.md) - [Ultra-Colorful Design Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whimsical-studio.md) - [Urban Oasis-Reflecting Hotel Expansions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-standard-singapore.md) - [Shanghai Marketing Office Refurbishments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-independents.md) - [70s-Inspired Rustic Law Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/century-city-law.md) - [Famed Paintings-Covered Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frescohallen.md) - [Vibrant Multi-Level Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gensler.md)
