In particular, the speaker draws parallels to Braun's LE1 speaker from 1959 and the T3 pocket radio from 1958. It is a true testament to the clean and functional design ethos that has become so popular amongst contemporary consumers. Dubbed the PLAYPLAIN wireless speaker, the gadget was envisioned by Jacek Janiczak. The minimalist wireless speaker distinguishes itself with an all-white exterior that features an intriguing grille design on the front, accompanied by a fold-out leg that allows for customizable tilting. The orange backlit seven-segment LCD display also captures attention. Adjacent to this display is the circular control panel, paying homage to the T3 radio and [iPod](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nothing-npod), which enhances the device's nostalgic appeal.
