The tiny refrigerator can be perfectly stocked with a handful of necessities and kept close by thanks to its minuscule design. The fridge is modelled after R2-D2's blue, white and grey robotic costume that appears on the front of the fridge door. The inside of the cooler is a quaint space that can accommodate a variety of single-serve foods. There is also a removable shelf that can be taken out to fit a six pack of beer. The fridge can also be taken on-the-go thanks to a portable handle and rechargeable structure. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.2/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 53% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Temperature-adjusting Mini Fridges:** Using advanced technology, mini fridges with temperature-adjusting capabilities are revolutionizing small space living. - **Compact and Portable Coolers:** Compact and portable coolers offer convenience and versatility for on-the-go lifestyles. - **Customizable and Stylish Mini Fridges:** Customizable and stylish mini fridges provide a trendy and functional addition to any room. ### Who This Affects Most - **Appliances:** The appliance industry can develop temperature-adjusting mini fridges to cater to the needs of small space dwellers. - **Food and Beverage:** The food and beverage industry can market single-serve and portable food options specifically designed for compact coolers. - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can produce customizable and aesthetically pleasing mini fridges to enhance room decor and maximize functionality. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Compact Connected Drink Fridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rocco-super-smart-fridge.md) - [Teen-Targeted Mini Fridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/so-chill-mini-fridge.md) - [Bespoke Multi-Section Refrigerators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arte-mini-refrigerator.md) - [Sleek Contemporary Smart Fridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/super-smart-fridge.md) - [Wheel-Base Smart Refrigerators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fridze.md) - [Portable Dual-Compartment Fridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-dualcompartment-fridges.md) - [Multifunctional Robotic Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/come-together-robot.md) - [3-in-1 Convertible Fridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/midea-5050-flex.md) - [Backpack Car Fridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/litheli-frozenpack.md)
