Looking like the mouth from some prehistoric avian species, this ultra modern [sun deck](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tropical-yoga-deck) will match your [ultra modern house](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mori-house). Too often people have these sleek, state of the art abodes, yet fail to bring their [garden and yard decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hedge-and-arbour-house) up to snuff. Having the Milos Todorovic Shed Concept at the side of your house may cause a few pileups on your street as it will likely be the most outlandish piece of architecture in your whole neighbourhood. I can think of no better place to spend the afternoon downing mojitos. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.9/10 - Popularity: 45% | Activity: 33% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Ultra Modern Sun Decks:** The Milos Todorovic Shed Concept offers a disruptive innovation opportunity for creating ultra modern sun decks that perfectly complement sleek, state-of-the-art houses. - **21st Century Backyard Designs:** The Milos Todorovic Shed Concept represents a trend towards bringing backyard and garden decor up to par with modern, high-tech living spaces. - **Architectural Statement Pieces:** The Milos Todorovic Shed Concept showcases the trend of incorporating outlandish and eye-catching architectural designs in residential neighborhoods. ### Where This Applies - **Home Improvement:** The Home Improvement industry can capitalize on the trend of 21st Century backyard designs by offering innovative and modern shed concepts and construction services. - **Outdoor Living:** The Outdoor Living industry has an opportunity to create and market ultra modern sun decks inspired by the unique and attention-grabbing design of the Milos Todorovic Shed Concept. - **Architecture and Design:** The Architecture and Design industry can create architectural statement pieces like the Milos Todorovic Shed Concept to cater to homeowners who desire unique and visually striking structures for their properties. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Adaptive Backyard Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-shack-1.md) - [Sleek Timber-Constructed Sheds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-nightlight.md) - [Modular Wooden Shed Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schtauss.md) - [Cozy Gaden Cabin Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-pavilion.md) - [Contemporary Backyard Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cosmo-pavilion.md) - [Earthy Tonal Tiled Sheds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-shed-1.md) - [Skylight-Centric Home Renovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portland-house-renovation.md) - [Shaded Modern Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ufo-shelter.md) - [Serene Wooden Garden Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-pavilion-1.md)
