The home fuses elements of [French and German influences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hotel-de-sagonne) with historical references and the material that surrounds the site beyond the times. The principal architects who lead OZA, Özge Öztürk and Alexandre Simeray approach design with a focus on the past for a nostalgic touch, “In our quest to honor Colmar’s artistic heritage, we collaborated closely with local artisans, ensuring that every detail of Milo Apartment reflects the city’s creative spirit. From custom metal fixtures to bespoke furnishings, each element was crafted with care, preserving the essence of Colmar’s artisanal tradition.” Image Credit: OZA Design ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 16% | Activity: 6% | Freshness: 38% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Brutalist Minimal Apartment Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fj-apartment.md) - [Parisian Haussmann-Era Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/uchronia.md) - [Eclectic Paris Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-asa.md) - [Contemporary Renovated Spacious Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eo7.md) - [Parisian Apartment Renovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/olga-ashby.md) - [Skyline-Inspired Elegant Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/obliqo.md) - [Nostalgic 70s-Inspired Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-special-studio.md) - [Immersive Artful Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oveneck-33.md) - [Playful Apartment Makeovers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/onda-apartment.md)
