These personalized avatars have been taken and made into cupcakes called Mii Cupcakes. The Mii cupcakes are cute little headshots of the avatar characters. Even on the Wii, the characters are often unusual and funny-looking (just the Wii’s character template). The Mii cupcakes are a cheery and fun snack that would be great for any social gathering. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 32% | Activity: 75% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/games) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Personalized Cupcakes:** The trend of personalized cupcakes opens up opportunities for bakeries to offer customized treats for various occasions. - **Character-themed Snacks:** Creating snacks based on popular characters and avatars can be a unique way to offer novelty treats for events and parties. - **Gaming-inspired Food:** Incorporating gaming elements into food can be an innovative way to attract gamers and fans of popular video game franchises. ### Where This Applies - **Bakery:** Bakeries can offer customizable treats such as personalized cupcakes as a unique selling point for events and parties. - **Party Planning:** Party planners can incorporate character-themed snacks such as Mii cupcakes to add a unique and fun touch to their event. - **Gaming and Food:** Creating gaming-inspired food products can provide a new market for gaming companies and food manufacturers alike. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Video Game-Inspired Desserts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mario-kart-cookie-cruiser.md) - [Video Game-Themed Sundaes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nintendo-cold-stone-creamery.md) - [Game Day Cupcakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baked-by-melissa-and-kinder.md) - [Plush Toy-Inspired Cupcakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baked-by-melissa-squishmallows-cupcakes.md) - [Game-Themed Cake Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/among-us-impostor-cake.md) - [Savory Cupcake-Shaped Snacks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-pizza-cupcake.md) - [Gamer Instant Noodle Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nissin-cup-meshi.md) - [Nostalgic Gaming Cookies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oreo-x-super-mario.md) - [Video Game-Themed Chocolate Gifts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nintendo-and-godiva.md)
