The designs of compact dwellings vary accross the spectrum as each architectural practice is eager to showcase its user-friendly and space-saving iterations. An interesting concept for a micro flat is envisioned by Spanish studio Husos Arquitectos who was tasked with creating a compact living abode for a young doctor and his dog. The [space is lined with plywood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barca) and it measures 46 square meters. The firm has made some bold decisions in terms of furnishing as it has installed a cozy sleeping pod that is ideal for naps and for when guests stay over. In designing the micro flat, Husos Arquitectos was tasked with a few obstacles, including the need for a well-ventilated apartment and a space that would be comfortable to entertain guests in.
