The 'nArchitect' design maximizes space so that there are 55 apartments, each 250-370 square meters. While one may expect them to be cramped, these apartments are designed beautifully with high ceilings, Juliet balconies and combined living and sleeping areas. Aside from the individual abodes being easy on the eyes, the concrete building itself has a creative design.
