The artist assembled the images based on [satellite photography and data](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pastmaps) taken from the USDA CropScape Program, giving way to intricate and informative maps. This collection of Pecirno pieces are focused specifically on [grass, evergreens, shrubs and corn](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/weed-management). Colors were selected according to the featured subjects, hence the assortment of green and yellow hues. By visually displaying where the greatest concentrations are of each product through shading, this series will communicate important findings in a quick and simple manner. For optic learners both inside and outside of the classroom, this trait will be particularly appreciated when addressing either [cartography or agriculture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vector-maps). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 27% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Minimalist Mapping:** The minimalist mapping trend offers an opportunity for businesses to create visually appealing and informative maps. - **Data-driven Visualization:** The data-driven visualization trend opens doors for businesses to transform complex agricultural data into visually comprehensible representations. - **Optic Learning:** The optic learning trend presents an opportunity for businesses to cater to visual learners by providing simplified and visually engaging educational materials. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Cartography:** The cartography industry can leverage minimalist mapping to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly maps. - **Agriculture:** The agriculture industry can utilize data-driven visualization to better understand and optimize crop configurations and patterns. - **Education:** The education industry can embrace the optic learning trend by incorporating visually appealing materials into its teaching methods. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pixelated Photographed Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/southern-trees.md) - [Laser-Cut Urban Artistry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/laser-cut-city-maps.md) - [Drought-Awareness Rug Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dryland-rug.md) - [Nature-Inspired Design Objects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plantbased-2.md) - [Paper Curvature Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paper-curves.md) - [Blooming Clustered Art Forms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/structural-botany.md) - [Eco-Farm Landscape Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxeisland-farm.md) - [Miniaturized Product Art Photographs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/small-muji.md) - [Interactive Mapping Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-map.md)
