Traditionally, this common street food is covered in mayonnaise and rolled in a combination of salt, chili powder, butter, a dusting of cheese and lime juice. Trader Joe's was first inspired by these flavors and created its Organic Elote Corn Chip Dippers. After realizing that these flavors could be used to enhance a wide range of foods, the Everything But the Elote Seasoning Blend was born. This all-new seasoning blend contains chili pepper, Parmesan cheese, chipotle powder, cumin, dried cilantro and sea salt, plus corn flour and a hint of cane sugar.
