Entitled 'HYBRID,' this collection is comprised of two sassy, safari-infused seats that takes form of a white rabbit and a deer. Kahraman takes inspiration from the mythological tales of parahumans. The chairs evoke playfulness as users are depicted with antlers and rabbit ears once they're seated. The visually captivating scene is both fun-poking and a clever approach to start conversations in a room. The chairs are entirely handmade and come in a variety of leathers. Designer Merve Kahraman doesn't go easy with the chairs when it comes to details; the table legs and rest are crafted with paw and hoofs and take the form of real wildlife creatures. The 'HYBRID' collection is definitely wild and fun. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 51% | Activity: 17% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Safari-inspired Furniture:** Opportunity to create furniture designs that blend elements of nature and wildlife to add a sense of playful intrigue to homes and conversation starters. - **Handcrafted Furniture:** Opportunity to embrace the appeal of unique, handmade pieces that showcase attention to detail and craftsmanship. - **Mythological Design Influences:** Opportunity to incorporate mythical and fantastical elements into furniture designs, creating a sense of whimsy and imagination. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Furnishings:** Opportunity for furniture designers and manufacturers to create unique and visually captivating pieces for homes. - **Art and Design:** Opportunity for artists and designers to explore the boundaries of functional art and create statement pieces that ignite conversation and provoke thought. - **Interior Decor:** Opportunity to introduce unique and playful elements into interior design schemes, enhancing the overall aesthetic and creating engaging spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wilderness-Inspired Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/habitat-collection.md) - [Waste-Incorporated Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/knoll-chairs.md) - [Charming Workplace Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zoozoo-collection-by-narbutas.md) - [Sprouting Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wood-chair-on-grass.md) - [Ultra-Comfy Seating Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cushy-lounge-chair.md) - [Playful Toy-Like Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frunchroom-furniture-collection.md) - [Curvaceous Animalistic Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookpet-coffee-table.md) - [Living Plant DIY Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/green-hideaway.md) - [Terrarium Stool Seating Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wild-stool.md)
