The hub is comprised of areas that encourage collaboration and garner a healthier work balance. It is one of eight licensed firms that the company works with globally and the architects have completed showrooms for the brand as well. This project leans to a new angle of aesthetics as it strays away from the usually sleek language. They relocated from what was once an industrial space by their factories to a busier area in the central district, nestled right by a shopping mall. Semih Boytorun, managing partner at Boytorun Architects shares, "The office is now in the heart of Istanbul, with stores and a younger population. There’s a different energy and we wanted to reflect that.” Image Credit: Mercedes-Benz ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 3% | Activity: 4% | Freshness: 27% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Bright Office Spaces:** Corporate spaces are increasingly designed to be vibrant and inviting, promoting a healthier and more inspiring work environment. - **Flexible Working Areas:** Modern workspaces are integrating versatile zones that cater to different work styles, fostering collaboration and individual productivity. - **Urban Centralization:** Companies are moving offices to central urban areas, benefiting from proximity to amenities and a dynamic, youthful demographic. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Corporate Architecture:** The corporate architecture industry is evolving with a focus on creating spaces that reflect the energy of their urban surroundings. - **Interior Design:** Interior design for offices is embracing bold aesthetics and innovative layouts to enhance worker well-being and engagement. - **Urban Real Estate:** Urban real estate is being revitalized as companies move their headquarters to central locations, leading to a surge in demand for adaptable office spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Youthful-Inspired Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/esalco-logistics.md) - [Tech-Centric Automotive Retailers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mercedesbenz-kelowna.md) - [Function-Focused Sustainable Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tegeta.md) - [Warm Office Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kinzo-architekten.md) - [Comfort-Enhancing Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/relaxound.md) - [Automotive Parking Lot Pop-Ups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/parking-lot-pop-up.md) - [Mediterranean Casual Dining Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mediterranean-casual-dining.md) - [Branded Urban Districts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/binghatti-city.md) - [Art Gallery-Inspired Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maniera.md)
