The Memio Personal Item Tracker is a conceptual device designed by Rob Prickett that acts as a sort of digital "Do I have it?" checklist. Everyone has accidentally run out of the house without remembering to bring important items like cellphones or house keys before. The Memio Personal Item Tracker lets you program items into it that you deem to be everyday essentials. It then prompts you to check them off before you head out of the house. If you find that you don't have your wallet on you, Memio will help you find [where you last left it](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wherethings). While the Memio looks pretty portable, it would probably work best mounted to the front door of your home. I can't imagine the irony associated with losing your Memio. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Digital Wallet Trackers:** Developing digital devices that help people locate and keep track of their personal items, such as wallets or keys. - **Smart Checklist Technology:** Incorporating smart technology into everyday checklists to remind users to bring essential items before leaving their homes. - **Portable Item Locators:** Creating small and portable devices that can be attached to personal belongings to easily locate them when misplaced. ### Who This Affects Most - **Consumer Electronics:** Opportunity for consumer electronics companies to develop innovative products like digital wallet trackers. - **Smart Home:** Integration of smart checklist technology into smart home systems, enhancing the security and convenience of the users. - **Fashion Accessories:** Fashion accessory companies can collaborate with personal item tracker manufacturers to create stylish and functional items. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wallet-Specific Tracking Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-wallet-tracker.md) - [Advanced Wallet-Friendly Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aircard.md) - [Trackable Magnetic Smartphone Wallets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nomad-leather-mag-wallet.md) - [Trackable Travel Wallets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/trackable-passport-wallet.md) - [Discreet Card-Sized Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nomad-tracking-card.md) - [GPS-Enabled Card-Sized Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mimiq-track.md) - [Ultra-Slim Wallet Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chipolo-card-point.md) - [Ultra-Slim Wallet Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tracking-card-pro.md) - [Sleek Modern Trackable Wallets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tracking-card.md)
