Packed with 12 electrodes on the rear side of the device, the Skulpt Scanner does away with the screen that was featured on the previous device. This enables the device to relay information more intensely to an accompanying smartphone. The Skulpt Scanner can measure muscle and fat, but it can also enable athletes to know how to train more efficiently. Users can track their muscle toning and even be alerted if there's a chance of injury. This can allow for customized training capabilities that are safer and more effective than ever. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.9/10 - Popularity: 60% | Activity: 80% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Health](https://www.trendhunter.com/health) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Smartphone-integrated Body Analytics:** The Skulpt Scanner's ability to relay information to a smartphone opens up opportunities for integrating body analytics into everyday training and fitness routines. - **Customized Training Technology:** The Skulpt Scanner's ability to measure muscle tone and provide personalized alerts allows for the development of customized training programs that are safer and more effective. - **Advanced Muscle Monitoring:** The Skulpt Scanner's 12 electrodes enable advanced muscle and fat measurement, providing athletes and fitness enthusiasts with detailed information about their bodies. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Fitness Technology:** The Skulpt Scanner is a disruptive innovation in the fitness technology industry, providing consumers with enhanced tools for tracking and improving their overall fitness. - **Sports Performance Enhancement:** The Skulpt Scanner presents opportunities for the sports performance enhancement industry by offering precise muscle monitoring and injury prevention capabilities to athletes. - **Health and Wellness:** The Skulpt Scanner's muscle tone-analyzing capabilities can be leveraged in the health and wellness industry to assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals and maintaining optimal health. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Muscle-Scanning Body Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bodymax-ai.md) - [AI-Powered Body Scanners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fitme-3d-body-scanner.md) - [Handheld Body Analysis Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/body-fat-management-solution.md) - [Mobile-Compatible Body Scans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bodyscan-feature.md) - [AI-Driven 3D Body Scanners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/3d-body-scanner1.md) - [3D Fitness Tracking](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fitycal.md) - [Musculoskeletal Health-Analyzing Scales](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/careco-fisica.md) - [At-Home Health Scanners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/withings-body-scan.md) - [Body Composition Analysis Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prism-labs-naked-lens.md)
