Functioning much like a vending or gum ball machine, the McNugget exclusively serves up boxes of the brand's chicken nuggets and sauce in exchange for two Euros. Unlike a conventional vending machine, the McNugget is made from tiny toy bricks and interior mechanisms that are able to process money and dispense food. The machine only offers a singular food service, allowing consumers to place two Euro coins inside the small red and yellow device in exchange for a small carton of nuggets and sauce. The electronics function on a trigger system with a light that is switched on once the money is placed inside alerting the motor to push the sauce and nuggets out of the storage compartment. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.3/10 - Popularity: 87% | Activity: 93% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/toys) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Toy Vending Machines:** Exploring the use of toy vending machines to dispense various products beyond traditional toys. - **Tiny Toy Mechanisms:** Developing innovative mechanisms using tiny toy bricks for vending and dispensing purposes. - **Singular Food Services:** Creating specialized vending machines that offer a unique and focused food service. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Vending Machine Industry:** Opportunity for vending machine companies to expand their offerings by incorporating playful and interactive toy vending machines. - **Fast Food Industry:** Potential for fast food chains to partner with toy companies to create innovative nugget dispensers for promotional purposes. - **Mechanical Engineering Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for mechanical engineers to explore the use of tiny toy brick mechanisms in various applications, such as dispensing machines. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Vending Machine Block-Puzzle Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minifigure-vending-machine.md) - [Nugget-Inspired Video Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mcnuggets-land.md) - [3D Puzzle Popcorn Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/popcorn-machine-1.md) - [Collectible Fast Food Miniatures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lil-mcdonalds-happy-meal.md) - [Collaborative Plant-Based Nuggets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mcplant-nuggets.md) - [Bite-Sized Chicken Sweepstakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gold-chicken-mcnuggets.md) - [Nostalgic QSR Miniature Experiences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/happy-meal-collectibles.md) - [Brick Coffee Maker Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-nespresso.md) - [Individual Nugget QSR Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chicken-mcnuggets-of-love.md)
