Celebrating the Italian furniture manufacturer's 60th anniversary in style, each piece happens to be a current design that has been re-imagined by different designers. Part of the METAMORPHOSIS_Behind, After or Beyond exhibit at HangarBicocca, the Martino Gamper for Moroso collection is full of [vibrant patterns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/draga-aurel1) that rival the unique silhouettes each seat takes on. From a mobias strip-like couch to an asymmetrical armchair, the shapes are unforgettable. Although it would be easily excused if the furniture pieces in the Martino Gamper for Moroso collection didn't appear comfortable, that isn't the case at all. Visitors may find themselves wanting to lounge in each and every one. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 78% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Artistic Furniture:** Furniture designs that blur the line between functional pieces and artwork present opportunities for interior design and home decor companies to cater to consumers seeking unique, eye-catching pieces. - **Reimagined Classics:** Taking classic furniture designs and breathing new life into them allows companies to cater to consumers looking for updated versions of traditional pieces that fit modern aesthetics and design sensibilities. - **Unforgettable Structure:** Designing furniture with unique, standout silhouettes gives companies the opportunity to create conversation pieces that can become the focal point of a room and attract consumers seeking statement furniture. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Design:** Furniture designers can take inspiration from the Martino Gamper for Moroso collection and create artistic, unique pieces that intrigue consumers looking for furniture that doubles as artwork. - **Home Decor:** Home decor companies can market artistic furniture as conversation pieces that complement their overall design aesthetic, attracting consumers seeking standout pieces that add character to their living spaces. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can incorporate unique, standout furniture pieces like those in the Martino Gamper for Moroso collection to create one-of-a-kind spaces that showcase their clients' personalities and design sensibilities. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Living Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cromatica.md) - [Sizable Chair Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chair-installation.md) - [Playfully Bright Furniture Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/everything-is-gonna-be-alright.md) - [Transformative Furniture Forms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/metamorphosis-collection-2.md) - [Sculptural Avant-Garde Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interior-furniture.md) - [Domestic Artful Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculpted-series.md) - [Dynamic Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tom-dixon-fat-and-plump.md) - [Dynamic Vibrancy Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/porro-linea.md) - [Playful Structural Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/palma-collection.md)
