Okay Studio's ['The Visitor' exhibition](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/makers-gallery) featured the rather bland-looking 'Mark Maker Table' which would quickly reveal a riot of color. Developed by Ed Swan, product designer, the gray surface elicited an [interactive form of art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorscape-installation) in which the public was encouraged to take sand paper to the [several coats paint](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/color-roller).

This video features Ed Swan making the first mark on the 'Mark Maker Table' before the exhibition began. In the photos, the surface's true underlying colors are revealed.
